Healthy minds, confident learners

Whole learner
Wellbeing is the foundation for learning.
About the programme
Learning starts with feeling safe and capable
Young people learn best when they understand their emotions, manage stress and feel connected to others. These skills can be taught and practised, just like maths or language.
Through guided discussion, reflection and group activities, learners practise naming emotions, managing pressure, building healthy relationships and asking for help. We work with parents and teachers so that support continues at home and at school.
