Programme 01 · School Leadership & Culture
Strong schools start with strong leadership
We work alongside head teachers, deputies and teacher leaders to build school cultures where collaboration, high expectations and continuous improvement become everyday habits.

Whole-school approach
Whole school
Culture change that reaches every classroom.
About the programme
Leadership that lifts the whole school
School culture shapes everything learners experience: how they are taught, how they are treated and what they believe they can achieve. This programme helps leadership teams agree a shared vision and turn it into daily practice.
We begin with your school's own priorities, then work with your leadership team on vision, staff collaboration, learner voice and using evidence to improve, so progress continues long after each session ends.
Who it is for
Head teachers, deputies, heads of department and teacher leaders
What it focuses on
Shared vision, staff collaboration, learner voice and continuous improvement
How it runs
Co-designed with each school: leadership sessions, coaching and whole-staff workshops
What schools build
Four habits of a thriving school
A shared vision
Leaders and staff agree on what a great learner looks like, and how to get there together.
Stronger teamwork
Teachers plan, share and solve problems together instead of working alone.
Learner voice
Learners help shape school life through councils, clubs and regular feedback.
Continuous improvement
Simple routines for reviewing what works, and adjusting quickly when it does not.
Why it matters
Leadership is one of the strongest levers a school has
Great teaching happens in every classroom when leaders create the conditions for it. That is why we invest in the people who lead schools.
#2
Among all school-related factors, school leadership is second only to classroom teaching in its influence on what students learn.
