About the programme
Building an entrepreneurial mindset
Entrepreneurship is not only about starting a business. It is a way of thinking: noticing problems, imagining solutions and having the courage to try. This programme builds that mindset together with the practical money skills every young person needs.
Learners work through a simple cycle of finding a need, designing a solution, testing it and learning from the results. Along the way they practise budgeting, saving and making responsible decisions about money, connected to the people and values behind every choice.

Why it matters
Young people are being left out of the financial system
Tanzania has made real progress on financial inclusion, but young people are falling behind. Money skills learned at school can help close that gap.
51%
of Tanzanian adults who are financially excluded are young people aged 16 to 25, up from 33% in 2017.
