I am under 18. Can I ask for support myself?
Yes, you can send a request. Please make sure a parent, guardian or teacher knows, and we will involve them before any programme or mentoring begins.
How quickly will someone contact me?
Within 48 hours, by phone or email. If you add an email address, you also get an instant confirmation with a summary of your request.
What happens after I send a request?
Someone from our team calls you to listen and understand your situation. Then we agree together on the right next step, whether that is guidance, a mentor or a programme.
Is Pathfinder an emergency service?
